Data from official source

The SMA Sunny Home Manager 2.0 is a home energy manager that steers household loads and the battery with the aim of raising self-consumption. It works with 48-hour forecasts based on weather and consumption data, and with algorithms that learn the household's recurring patterns. Priorities and adjustments can be set for each appliance. It handles fixed, time-of-use and dynamic tariffs with 15-minute intervals, and offers two modes for charging an electric car: target-based, with a departure time and the energy needed, or with a tariff threshold. It can directly control wallboxes and heat pumps via EEBus and SEMP; an SG Ready interface is also available for heat pumps. Settings and priorities are managed in Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS, while energy flows can be followed in the SMA Energy App.
