ECTIVE LC 120 Slim LT 12V vs ECTIVE LC 50L BT 24V
Technical comparison · Lithium batteries for campers
Same brand, two on-board systems: the LC 120 Slim is 12 V, the LC 50L is 24 V, and system voltage decides before any other figure. Voltage times amp-hours gives nominal energies of about 1.44 and 1.2 kWh; all figures are manufacturer-declared values.

The differences that matter
- 12 V, 120 Ah vs 24 V, 50 Ah → nominal energy of about 1.44 vs 1.2 kWh, but on different systems: they do not replace each other.
- Maximum discharge 250 A vs 50 A → at 12 V the LC 120 reaches about 3,000 W in theory, the LC 50L about 1,200 W at 24 V.
- Maximum charge 100 A vs 50 A → at different voltages the theoretical charging power is the same, about 1,200 W; what changes is the current in the cables. Only the LC 120 has cold-charge protection.
- 19.9 vs 12.3 kg, IP55 vs IP65 → the LC 120 is heavier to mount; the LC 50L has the higher protection rating.
Which one to choose
Choose ECTIVE LC 120 Slim LT 12V if…
your system is 12 V and some loads draw a lot of current, in bursts or continuously: the maximum discharge allows it, and cold-charge protection is there too. The compromise is physical: it is the heavier of the two and its IP55 rating is lower than the other's.
Choose ECTIVE LC 50L BT 24V if…
your system is 24 V and you want a lighter, more compact battery rated IP65. You accept a 50 A ceiling in both discharge and charge, and no cold-charge protection.
