A manual or a datasheet counts as a source even when the original file is hosted elsewhere: what matters is the document, not the server. Where that happens, it is stated above.
What it really costs
How we worked it out
- stated cycles
- 3650
- warranty years
- 3650
- guaranteed energy throughput
- 3094
These numbers are calculated, not stated: they have no source to cite, they have a formula you can redo. The price used is the manufacturer's list price, which is stable and the same in every country — not a shop's price on the day.
Pros and cons
In favour
- It returns at least 96% of the energy it stores.
- The official list names the compatible inverter brands, with the number of modules allowed and the minimum firmware for each model.
- The system is modular and can be expanded later.
- The system comes with an Ethernet port as standard.
Worth knowing
- The ten-year warranty ends earlier if the minimum throughput energy reaches 59.77 MWh.
- The system requires the latest firmware version: during configuration the device must have it already downloaded or be able to access the internet.
